This piece is made from a natural oyster shell or similar shell form, with a surreal lip / mouth-like center, tongue-like detail, faux pearl accents, silver-toned metal / tinwork elements, and a hanging faux pearl drop. It is one of the more bodily and uncanny pieces in the Shell Oracle world — part gothic jewelry, part oddity object, part wearable relic.

For scale, a standard credit card is about 8.56 × 5.40 cm / 3.37 × 2.13 in. The largest Shell Mouth pieces may approach credit-card-length scale, but because natural shells are oval or irregular, the overall visual presence will vary.
