Operator and scope

This store is operated by LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. Shell Oracle and Lambwick are brands operated within the same business. Purchases made through this store and its shared Shopify checkout are made with LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED, not with two separate brand contracting entities.

These Terms apply to use of the store and purchases made through it. Our worldwide withdrawal standard applies to consumer purchases through this store. It does not automatically apply to wholesale, distributor, retailer or other B2B transactions governed by separate agreements. Please read these Terms with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. They do not restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product and order information

Review the product description, selected options, price, currency and processing estimate before completing a purchase. Products may be ready to ship, made to order or supplied through an individually agreed commission. The relevant product page or confirmed commission information describes the item being ordered.

Where a product description identifies handmade work or natural materials, reasonable variations in those features may occur. This does not excuse delivery of an incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed item and does not remove applicable consumer rights.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details so that we can process and fulfill your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will communicate with you if an availability or other material order issue needs resolution rather than silently substituting materially different goods or terms.

Prices and payment

The selected item, currency and applicable charges are presented through the product page, confirmed commission quotation and checkout as relevant. Payment is processed using the methods offered through the store's Shopify checkout and its payment providers.

Customs duties and routine customs-clearance charges associated with normal delivery are borne by us, as described in the Shipping Policy. VAT, GST, sales tax, consumption tax and other transaction taxes are separate and are handled under destination rules and amounts shown or collected at checkout where applicable. This does not authorize undisclosed later charges.

Commission inquiries and personalized goods

Sending a commission inquiry or uploading reference material does not create an order or payment obligation. We confirm the proposed work, final price and expected production time before creating the order or payment link.

Standard made-to-order goods remain subject to the worldwide 14-day consumer withdrawal standard. Making a product after purchase, or choosing an ordinary preset size, wearing option or listed material or colour, does not automatically make it personalized. Sale prices and discounts do not themselves remove that standard.

Where applicable law permits, goods genuinely made to a consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalized for that consumer, including a truly bespoke commission, may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal. We disclose any such exception clearly before purchase of the affected order and do not apply it automatically to all made-to-order goods. Rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, seller non-performance and other non-excludable rights remain intact.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Production and processing time is separate from transit time. The applicable product page or confirmed commission information provides the processing estimate; our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements and customs responsibilities.

For consumer purchases through this store worldwide, you may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason before delivery or within 14 days after you or your designated non-carrier recipient receives the last item in an order, subject to a lawful and pre-disclosed personalized-goods exception. Stronger mandatory local rights remain unaffected. The Refund Policy gives notice, return and reimbursement details.

For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay reasonable direct return postage where disclosed before purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We bear reasonable costs arising from defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods or our fulfillment error. We refund the amount actually paid for the least expensive standard outbound delivery option on withdrawal from an entire order. A separately priced express-delivery upgrade that has actually been used, or the used express component of the USD 40 Rush bundle described below, is treated under the same additional-cost rule unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You may submit a cancellation request for an unfulfilled item through your customer account orders page or contact us. Requests are reviewed manually; the ability to submit one does not override a lawful personalized-goods exception or itself issue a refund. A timely withdrawal notice before delivery remains effective where the withdrawal standard applies. We do not set a fixed hourly cancellation deadline or charge a cancellation fee.

Where offered, the USD 40 Rush Production + Express Shipping upgrade is one optional bundled charge covering priority production or processing and express shipping. It does not make the goods themselves non-returnable or change the worldwide 14-day withdrawal standard for ordinary goods and standard made-to-order goods, or any lawful, pre-disclosed personalized or bespoke exception.

For an ordinary withdrawal, if priority production has not begun and express shipping has not been used, we refund the full USD 40. If priority production has begun but express shipping has not been used, we may retain only a reasonable amount for the priority-production service actually performed before your withdrawal notice, where permitted by law; we do not retain the express-shipping component merely because it was planned. If express shipping has actually been used, the additional express-delivery cost above the least expensive standard delivery option need not be refunded for an ordinary withdrawal unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Any amount retained from this bundled USD 40 is based on the components actually performed or used, is not counted twice, and cannot exceed USD 40 in total.

Any amount retained for priority production begun during a withdrawal period is subject to the prior express request and any acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law. If those requirements were not met, we do not deduct for partial performance where the law prohibits it. Starting priority production alone does not make the full bundle non-refundable. We refund amounts due where our failure prevents or defeats the agreed upgrade or mandatory law requires a refund.

Communications, privacy and use of the store

Our Privacy Policy describes the use of information submitted through checkout, chat, forms, commission inquiries and other store services. An inquiry or purchase is not by itself permission for every form of marketing.

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation, misuse another person's account or information, or submit material that you are not entitled to provide. Keep any account access details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform; LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED remains the seller and your contact for our products, fulfillment and these store policies. Payment and other independent services may have their own applicable terms.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms for future use and purchases. A later update does not by itself remove rights or agreed conditions attached to an existing order. The published version will show its revision date.
