Shipping policy

Scope

LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED operates this store, including Shell Oracle and Lambwick. This Shipping Policy applies across the store and its shared checkout. Our worldwide withdrawal standard applies to consumer purchases through this store; separate wholesale, distributor, retailer or other B2B agreements are not automatically covered by it.

Processing and production time

Processing or production time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch. It is separate from transit time after dispatch.

Ready-to-ship items, made-to-order goods and commissions can have different preparation requirements. The processing estimate for your item is stated on the product page or in the confirmed commission information. There is no single production period that applies to every product in the store.

If you need an item for a particular event or date, contact us before ordering so that the relevant processing and delivery expectations can be discussed. A requested date is not automatically a confirmed delivery commitment.

Rush Production + Express Shipping — USD 40

Where offered, the USD 40 Rush Production + Express Shipping upgrade is one optional bundled charge covering priority production or processing and express shipping. It does not make the goods themselves non-returnable or change the worldwide 14-day withdrawal standard for ordinary goods and standard made-to-order goods, or any lawful, pre-disclosed personalized or bespoke exception.

The express-shipping transit estimate currently shown for this upgrade is 5–8 business days after dispatch; production or processing time comes before dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise.

For an ordinary withdrawal, if priority production has not begun and express shipping has not been used, we refund the full USD 40. If priority production has begun but express shipping has not been used, we may retain only a reasonable amount for the priority-production service actually performed before your withdrawal notice, where permitted by law; we do not retain the express-shipping component merely because it was planned. If express shipping has actually been used, the additional express-delivery cost above the least expensive standard delivery option need not be refunded for an ordinary withdrawal unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Any amount retained from this bundled USD 40 is based on the components actually performed or used, is not counted twice, and cannot exceed USD 40 in total.

Any amount retained for priority production begun during a withdrawal period is subject to the prior express request and any acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law. If those requirements were not met, we do not deduct for partial performance where the law prohibits it. Starting priority production alone does not make the full bundle non-refundable. We refund amounts due where our failure prevents or defeats the agreed upgrade or mandatory law requires a refund.

Transit time and delivery charges

Transit time starts after dispatch and depends on the destination, selected service and carrier. Refer to the delivery information presented for your order. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless a specific commitment has been expressly agreed.

Applicable delivery options and charges are shown during the purchase process. If a product or confirmed order includes delivery, that arrangement applies to that purchase; this policy does not assume that every product has the same shipping charge or service.

Tracking information will be shared where it is provided by the selected delivery service. If a delivery is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us so that we can investigate with the relevant provider and arrange an appropriate response. Carrier or customs involvement does not remove your applicable consumer rights or excuse our own fulfillment responsibilities.

Customs duties, clearance charges and taxes

Customs duties and routine customs-clearance charges associated with normal delivery are borne by the seller. This commitment applies to normal delivery worldwide.

VAT, GST, sales tax, consumption tax or other transaction taxes are separate from this customs-duty commitment and are handled according to the destination's applicable rules and the amounts shown or collected through checkout where applicable. We do not promise to pay every tax assessed on a purchase or import.

If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay a customs duty or routine clearance charge that we have promised to bear for normal delivery, contact us before paying where possible and send us the notice. If you have already paid, retain the receipt and contact us so we can address the charge in line with this policy.

Delivery details and returns

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Any necessary change to an agreed fulfillment arrangement will be discussed with you rather than treated as permission for an undisclosed additional charge.

For an ordinary consumer withdrawal, the Refund Policy explains the worldwide 14-day standard, the refund of the least expensive standard delivery amount actually paid, and the bundled USD 40 Rush treatment above. An express-shipping component that has not been used is not retained merely because it was planned; after express shipping has actually been used, the additional cost above the least expensive standard delivery option need not be refunded unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact us for the correct return instructions; do not assume that the registered business address is the return destination.
